This animated short was created for Epicentro, an innovation festival organized by the government of the state of Jalisco. The animation shows a young man surpassing great obstacles against all odds which symbolize the startup creation process.

Crystal Screen Award 2016
A 3D / live action TV commercial for Boing, one of Mexico’s top beverage brands. Among other accolades, this TV commercial won a Pantalla de Cristal award for best 3D animation.
2D ANIMATION – CONCEPT ART
We partnered with Sesame Studios to produce the pilot for “Learning Spanish With Basho”, a YouTube animated series. Demente Estudio provided all character design and animation.
3D/2D ANIMATION – MOTION GRAPHICS
We worked with the Latin American Discovery Kids team to create a mini feature designed to encourage children to go to sleep. Demente Estudio produced the intro and all motion graphics.

Carlos is a designer with over 20 years experience in brand communications, advertising and product design. He has led projects for global brands in Mexico and abroad, including Cartoon Network, LazyTown, Disney and Discovery Networks. Carlos oversees all of Demente Studio’s projects, managing local and remote teams to deliver on our promise of high quality and cost effectiveness.

COO
Rubén was a founding member of Metacube, the pioneer of 3D animation in Mexico. He has produced animation projects for important Mexican and international brands including Sesame Studios, Cinépolis, Telmex, Barcel, Marinela and McDonald’s. As the CEO of Demente Studio, he nurtures our talented team with his vision and is always looking for great companies and brands to partner with.
